A Mississippi native, Matthew grew up playing music from Memphis to New Orleans. He grew up in a big family, with a big love for music, in a small town called Brookhaven. Matthew lives in Virginia now and is known to frequent music clubs throughout the Mid-Atlantic. You can hear his roots and love for traditional yet innovative storytelling through music in every performance.
